- I am part French Canadian and Cree Indian which makes me part Metis on my mother's side. On my father's side: I am a Lithuanian Pol. The Nazi's came to his parents house and escorted them out. They became DP's.(Displaced People. My father found is way to Canada where he met my mother and in July 4th 1957 they came to the US and seen all the fireworks going off. What a day. I was in my mama's belly waiting to be born in Oct. But I suprised her and came the beginnig of sept 4lbs 6oz.
